RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days
have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or
exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt, labels, or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only
partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Any item returned more than 30 days after
delivery.
Once your return has been received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item
you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed
and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original
method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you can see a refund reflected.

Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when
purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value
of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be
mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when
purchased, or if the giftgiver decided to have the order shipped to them and
then given to you, we will send a refund to the giftgiver and find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at
your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund,
the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it
takes to receive your product change may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
